Permit Intake & Permit Issuance
As of July 1st 2024, permit processing is done electronically in MGO Connect, the customer portal for MyGovernmentOnline, our Online Permitting system.
Visit MGO Connect and click on "New Account" to get started. If you have signed up for MyGovernmentOnline previously, you can login with the same e-mail address and password that you are currently using with the MyGovernmentOnline.

In addition to the web-based platform, MGO Connect offers a mobile app that can be downloaded onto your mobile device. Go to the Apple App Store or the Google Play store for Android devices and search ‘MGO Connect’ to download the app to your mobile device.
If you are applying for a permit that requires plan review, submit your application in MGO Connect, and you will be able to electronically submit your plans, drawing and specifications as part of the application process.
A permit technician will notify you via email and your MGO Connect portal when payment of your plan review fee is due, and you will be able to pay your plan review fee (as well as other fees associated with your project when they are due) online via the MGO Connect portal. Please review the Digital Submittal Requirements prior to submitting.
