Storm drains in the City of San Bruno convey stormwater directly to the Bay without treatment. The State of California requires that each municipality in San Mateo County represented in the Municipal Regional Permit, lists a central point of contact to report non-stormwater spills, illicit discharges, dumping and complaints. For the safety and welfare of our citizens and ecosystem, please contact us if you witness any non-stormwater discharges that enter or may be in danger of entering the City of San Bruno’s Stormwater System.
