A Heat Advisory gas been issued beginning Tuesday, July 2 at 11:00 a.m. until Saturday, July 6 at 8:00 p.m.

Check out these tips to practice heat safety:
- Use air conditioners/fans, or spend time in air-conditioned locations
- Wear lightweight clothing
- Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
- Take extra precautions if you work or spend time outside
- Keep your pets cool and give them plenty of water
- Prepare for possible power outages
- Check up on your neighbors, especially the elderly and vulnerable that may need help responding to this heat
