The project proposes a complete cosmetic refacing and a reconfiguration of the interior space of the existing commercial building. New finishes, fixtures, and signs would replace the existing materials around the property. New fencing is proposed along Linden Avenue and a trash enclosure would be located at the rear of the site. |
