Change in San Bruno Cable’s Internet and Phone Technical Support Service Provider

San Bruno, CA, November 13, 2008: On October 8, 2008, Integrated Broadband Services (“iBBS”), a U.S. based broadband support services provider since 2001, acquired Parasun Technologies Inc. (“Parasun”). Parasun has been San Bruno Cable’s sole contractor for providing Internet and Digital Phone technical support services since 2004.

iBBS, headquartered in suburban Atlanta, GA, provides broadband technical support services to some 200 independent cable companies nationwide. This change in ownership is a positive outcome in that San Bruno Cable henceforth will be contracting with a U.S. based company, a long-standing desire of the San Bruno City Council. Furthermore, the newly merged company, through its larger Call Center in Cartersville, GA, is positioned to provide improved call response and shorter on-hold times.

On November 18, 2008, iBBS will begin its integration process by migrating its customer support function from its suburban Vancouver, BC, Canada office to its main Call Center in Cartersville, GA. This migration is anticipated to be seamless and transparent to San Bruno Cable Internet and Digital Phone service customers. San Bruno Cable customers should continue using the existing toll-free support telephone number.
